Sailing

I own a Cheoy Lee Offshore 27 named Dinah-Moe Humm that I bought in March of 2002. Here's a picture of the boat when I bought it and here's a current picture. Below is a list of the major projects that I've done.

• Ripped out the Volvo Penta and all the associated crap.
• Changed all the thru hulls, did a bottom job and closed the aperture on the rudder.
• Added a bowsprit and redesigned the rig.
• Put on a "new" aluminum mast with all new rigging.
• Sewed a new mainsail and working jib.
• Added a fully gimballed Optimus stove.
• Re-caulked the decks and oiled all the teak.
• Installed a solar panel and regulator.
• Designed, built and installed a servo-pendulum self-steering sytem.
• And finally, a list of suppliers that I used.
